• Vision Screenings - Thursday, April 23rd

  • The New York Vision Program with Optical Outlet/Academy will be coming to P.S. 164. It’s important that your child receives a vision screening this school year. 
  • If your child needs glasses, they will receive free glasses. Students will choose a frame available from an assortment of colors. 

  If you do not want your child to take part in this program, please sign the outreach/passive consent letter and return it to the school. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the school.
